It is a beautiful hotel situated on a wonderful little outlook. The staff is accommodating and very thoughtful. I was here for my honeymoon back in April and they made sure to leave little local truffles in my room prior to us arriving which I greatly appreciated. Some rooms can get a bit pricey depending on when you go but there are deals to be found if you go in the off-season for some relaxation and regardless, I believe it is worth it for the experience alone. Hawley, PA may not be New York City in bombarding you with things to do but you can definitely relax if that's what you're looking for.
One thing I wish they told you in advance is that the entrance is tricky, GPS can be tough to follow. My advice is that you use the Silk Mill entrance and follow the Ledges Hotel sign, drive slowly as the driveway into the hotel is partially gravel and narrow.
The view from the multi level deck was beautiful, the deck looked well maintained and was clean.
Would rate 3.5 - 4 stars, the staff were unbelievably accommodating and friendly. We traveled with our dog who we've never traveled with. They were very welcoming and even helped us move a chair from the room to fit our oversized dog crate.
All in all, a good stay for the two nights. Friendly staff, welcoming hotel. Would consider staying again!
Sophisticated modern and casual elegance hotel with excellent tapas-focused restaurant and full bar. The setting on the waterfall is totally unique. Excellent location for special events.
My wife took me here for my 33rd birthday and I was amazed at the scenery, food, and coziness of this place. The staff was even better. Thumbs up for a nice getaway.
The hotel was beautiful, friendly staff, clean rooms. The views were amazing. We will be staying again next year. We had breakfast at their sister property every morning and dinner at the glass bar in the hotel. Amazing food and ambiance.
The room was smaller then anticipated however it worked. The room was free of any smells and everything worked properly, the bathroom was modern and clean. The room was fairly clean, could've used another quick vacuum. One slight issue we had was the room we were in had a serious air gap in the door, when wind would come down the hall it would make a slight whistle. Just enough to annoy the dog on occasion.
