We had just moved into our new lake house and found out that the key for our detached garage did not work. I needed someone to open the garage and hoped they could replace all of the locks in our new home at the same time. With only 2 days before I had to return to my permanent home, I searched the web for local locksmiths.

At no time did the locksmith provide a written estimate, nor a bill or any form of documentation as to the work to be performed. Taking advantage of a customer is bad enough, but when it is blatantly clear that he has taken advantage of a senior it enters a whole knew form of poor ethics and morality. Choose wisely the person you let into your home.

Orlando the Locksmith does not know how to operate a proper business. He does not conduct himself in a professional manner, and when he has no valid argument he resorts to screaming and threats.

I called at least 10 locksmith services who either did not service our area or were not available in the short time frame. Then I called NEPA Locksmiths and Orlando delivered! He returned my call immediately and told me he would come out the following morning (a Saturday).

He arrived the following morning on time and addressed all of my concerns in a very polite and professional manner. I was extremely impressed with Orlando overall.

I highly recommend Orlando to anyone in need of a locksmith!

He was called in the request to change the locks on doors in a summer home. The locksmith gave the owner a window and showed up at 11:00am. All is well thus far. He looked over everything and made RECOMMENDATIONS to the owner regarding what he thought needed to be done. She told him what she wanted done and he told her he needed to leave to get the parts required for the job. He told her he would be back in 3 or 4 hours. He did not return to the home until 6:00pm that evening. He made no attempt to call or contact the owner. He did minimal work on the home but could not complete the job due to the "kit" not having all the parts required. He told the owner he needed to return with the rest of the locks for the doors and they agreed upon a date on the upcoming Saturday. The Friday before the owner contacted him to confirm the meeting on Saturday, the locksmith stated that he got all the items needed but added items that were not asked for nor requested. The items in question were the items that HE recommended to her and that she declined to have installed. She explained to him she did NOT want the items. He explained to her the items could not be returned and that he would not "be stuck with these." She again explained that she did not want these items and he became aggressive with her. After further argument he became irate and belligerent and made threats of litigation for the parts.
