This Gym is great. I like to work out with all the equipment including free weights and they have it all. The gym is small but never over crowded and it has all the equipment i need to get in a good work out. Plenty of weight for the squat racks and the heavy weightlifters. Which are a few of my friends. It's clean, bright and airy. Nice people. I'd check it out if I was you.

grate place I have only been going a week and find it to be just the right fit for me worth coming from Honesdale to there staff are vary nice I would recommend it small enough but has everything you need to work out grate place to work out
Visited when I was in-town over the weekend. Small gym with semi-outdated equipment but was cheap which was nice. Only $10 for the day, and had all the equipment that I needed
