Always have everything I need
I ordered for a funeral over a holiday weekend. They never delivered with no explanation. They replied the day of the funeral that they would be unable to deliver them. I did not get the email until after work(I used a personal email address). Knowing the funeral was that day a call or getting someone else to deliver would have been appropriate. Their hours listed Facebook listed were open today, but they did not answer the phone and have not responded to my email. Next time I will use 1800flowers.
