This place used to be one of my favorite coffee shops to work remotely. Free wifi and hot coffee. They recently expanded their menu to offer full lunch offerings, and the energy of the place has changed from a light-hearted gathering place to a line of people staring at the pick-up window. The kitchen cannot keep up with orders, and the man who I think is the manager does not have a pleasant demeanor.
This place lost its charm once the menu expanded. The Cocoon is now filled with anxious guests waiting too long for food.
The menu is very diverse and trendy. Lots of delicious options. The only thing that I would NOT recommend is their fresh salads because the veggies are rarely fresh. Really sad because everything else is perfect.
Staff is incompetent and SLOW. They are nice , but they always screw something up. Today we ordered two coffees, they were barely warm. It's a shame, the food, coffee and deserts are good. When they first opened it was not like this. Maybe someone will read this review and start training the staff better.
Love this place. Great atmosphere, good food and a real nice break from the usual diners, coffee shops with the same menus. Live on Cocoon!
Great coffee with a wonderful atmosphere. They offer a nice variety of coffee and some fun accessories. I had to buy a mug!
